| You can access all DrivesVisor's features from its contextual menu (right-click
on the program's traybar icon to access it). The options in this menu are
detailed below: |
DrivesVisor provides several notification methods
- you can choose to be announced by a message box or an alert sound. DrivesVisor
can also run an external application when disk space value matches the condition you entered.
If you're away from your computer, you can choose to receive an e-mail or a
net message. You can specify minimum or maximum free/occupied space values
as triggers for notifications.

Configure various DrivesVisor settings & preferences:
|

General - Choose to
load the application at Windows startup or to keep it on top of
other windows. Define a hot key you can use to show the DrivesVisor's window. You can also customize
the color of the bars that show the free space in reports. |

Disks - Select the local hard drives you want to include in
your reports. You can also define folders that you want to exclude from
monitoring. |

Tools - You can add here shortcuts to applications that you commonly
use in conjunction with DrivesVisor. These will appear in the Tools submenu
of the DrivesVisor access it by right-clicking on the main disks usage
window). Several links to standard Windows tools like ScanDisk and
DiskDefragmenter are provided by default. |

This submenu accesses DrivesVisors special reports wizards and allows viewing
of the latest reports. You can view the reports by a specific date. |
