How can I obtain an evaluation key for a demo version? You don't need one anymore. Previous trial editions of our products required an evaluation key before installing, but current versions will install directly. If the demo you have downloaded from a software archive or you have ran from a presentation CD requires a key in order to install, please visit our Demo Vesions section to download the current version of the demo. I do not have a credit card. Can I still purchase your products? Yes. Please send us a mail at support@productsfoundry.com with more details about the payment methods you have access to. Usual money sending methods are accepted - cheque, money order, international funds transfer (wire). I did not receive my order confirmation mail. What can I do? An automated e-mail should be delivered to each customer a few seconds after completing an order. Hoewever, in rare cases, the mail delivery might be delayed or fail completely. We are notified when this situation occurs and we are usually able to fix it by hand. However if you still do not receive an order confirmation mail after 1 business day please email us the Regnow receipt you have received at the end of the order and a secondary e-mail address we can reach you at (as in some cases the e-mail address provided during the order process is unreachable). Do you offer any special K-12 educational pricing/discounts? Yes. But an automated process is not provided for this as each case is examined separately. Please inform us by email about the number of licenses you're interested in purchasing and let us know more about you or your institution. Discounts will be applied based on our Volume Pricing Policy, but, on a case-to-case basis, as an educational institution or individual involved in the educational process you can qualify for additional discounts, apart from the ones we offer through Volume Pricing.
